This is our second update and contains some very important news for all members so be sure and read everything carefully.
We stated earlier that we were looking at ways to give all our members a "piece of the pie" so to speak.
To our knowledge, this has never been done before by any team and we are very excited about being the first to offer it's members an opportunity like this.
As of August 27th. 2009, all exisiting and future members, both free and upgraded in the Teambuilder Direct member site will automatically become partners in the newly formed
Teambuilder Direct member group.
There are still many details to be worked out but this provides a basic outline of how this will work.
This group will consist of the
TeamBuilder Direct member site and also the
Downline Direct downline builder website.
No additional sign-ups or registrations will be required, this will all be done for you upon joining Teambuilder Direct.
The actual value of these partnerships will be determined by a system of Membership points.
Initially, These will be the only ways that membership points can be earned or obtained.
1- Joining Teambuilder Direct - Free members receive 1 mp at sign up, Paid members receive 2 mp's at sign up.
Paid members also receive 1/8th mp for each paid referral that joins after Aug.27th. 2009. This does not apply to earlier referrals.
2- Joining Downline Direct - paid members receive 1 mp at sign -up and also 1/8 mp for each paid referral that joins after Aug.27th. 2009. This does not apply to earlier referrals.
3-Joining or rejoining Road2Fortune5 - One mp received for each new position taken by any TBD member.
4-Joining or rejoining Your2forYou - One mp received for each new position taken by any TBD member.
What this means is that while the current program Admins will retain day to day control over support and other related duties,
all of our members will effectively become part owners of the TeamBuilder Direct and Downline Direct programs and will share the net profits from both these programs.
All net proceeds from both TBD and DD will be recorded and at quarterly intervals throughout the year,
members will be able to "redeem" all membership points accrued throughout the period for either cash or added program positions.
The actual value of these points will be controlled solely by the intake of the two programs during the previous quarter year.
Operating costs are fairly low (these will be outlined at a later date) for these two sites and with steady growth and promotion, even after commissions,fees, etc are met, these points will become quite valuable over time.
